HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

We ask to allow up to 7-14 business days for order processing BEFORE shipment. An e-mail confirming your shipment & tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the shipping information section.

You may experience shipping delays with carriers beyond Above All Else Co.'s control. We appreciate your patience.

MY ORDER SHOWS IT IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT NOW?

For all orders that are returned to our warehouse as a result of the order being ‘Returned to Sender’ by the post office, we offer the option for the recipient to:

  • Receive a refund, less shipping costs and the restocking fee or,
  • Receive store credit, less the shipping costs.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?

We review each case individually and if you would like to request a refund or exchange, please do so here -support@aboveallelse.shop.

Please note that there will be a restocking fee.

I NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER, WHAT NOW?

Above All Else Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once claim is validated by the shipping carrier (including claim number), Above All Else Co. will issue a refund equal to the value amount of the lost package. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unworn items to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.

ARE WEBSITE COLORS ACCURATE?

Actual colors may vary due to computer monitors and phone screens displaying colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see will accurately portray the true color of the product.
